1. How can i pay for your services ?
You can use both Paypal and Moneybookers. If you use Moneybookers, in our home page under the availability table, you will find the moneybookers account where you can send the payment to. For more information check the Payments instruction page. You will have to follow the moneybookers exactly as stated or else you won't get the pick.
2. Do you replace lost picks ?
Every tipster has his own replacement policy, so you have to check their profiles to see if they offer such option. If a replacement pick is available, it should be written in the other information box.
3. How can i receive your picks ?
We send the picks by email
4. What's the procedure for getting your picks ?

5. I've paid for the pick but haven't received it !
Sometimes if you use public servers like yahoo, gmail or hotmail there is a delay on the time you receive the pick. Make sure you have included tzogosteam email on the trusted addresses.
If 20 minutes have passed from the time mentioned on the table and you haven't received the pick, you must contact tzogosteam team ASAP!! We hold no responsibility if you haven't contacted us during this time and haven't received the pick.
6. Can i share the picks purchased by Tzogosteam ?
I strongly advise against it. If you are suspected of such activities, your account will be terminated without any warning and without returning any remaining balance. Sharing picks can have negative effect on the probability of winning this pick and may lead to price increase.
